Yesterday I woke up with a plan, then changed it, then wished I changed it even more.
I was planning on heading out to Atlanta's Dogwood festival and doing some street photography with my manual lenses and keeping true the plan I had set out for myself over the next few days or weeks. Then I looked into the events that were going on that day and saw that there was going to be dog Frisbee competition so I decided to bring my Fuji 50-230 so I could get some action shots. well, that was a mistake. The X-t10 is no sports photography camera, at least with that lens. Focus is slow and not very accurate when moving, the buffer fills quickly and the camera becomes unresponsive. The battery dies. I was sitting there with a great opportunity to get some really cool shots of these dogs while my Canon 6d and 70-200 sit's at home on my desk. I really need to plan better.
That said, the day wasn't a total lose. I feel I got at least two good photos I liked.
